Due to the nature of our products (consumable vitamins), we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or defective. If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery at info@vitzvitamin.com with: - Your order number - Photos of the damaged item - A brief description of the issue If eligible, we’ll issue a replacement or refund. No Returns for Opened Products For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items. Order Changes & Cancellations If you need to change or cancel your order, email us ASAP. We can only modify orders that haven’t shipped yet. Thank you for understanding!
